3 Principles for Ultra Hiking

If you want to go far beyond your comfort zone and really challenge yourself, ultra hiking is a great way. It certainly requires preparation and you probably want to adhere to three principles to succeed hiking 100 km in 24 hours.

Here the three principles that made me successful, not only when ultra hiking:

Be Positive!

Adapt!

Continuity!
